Jafuta Heritage Centre

At the Jafuta Heritage Center you will find a comprehensive collection of Zimbabwean artefacts, focusing on local peoples, historical records of the region and a small library of historical books.

Our Curator, Ephraim, is also the local Nyanga (fortune teller) and can ‘throw’ the bones for you if you wish!

This private collection is on loan from the Jafuta Trust – an organization set up for the preservation of cultural and material history of the region as well as a vehicle to develop a Center of Excellence for local Zimbabweans. Our grateful thanks to the Jafuta Trust for their continued support.
